Shipping policy

Orders take 4-6 business days to be processed and 2-5 days to arrive after being shipped. 

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. 

Ella Es Luz and co  will send you an email once your ordered has been fulfilled along with tracking information. 

 cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any customs fees for international orders (coming soon). 

Please make sure all your personal information is correct before your order is placed. We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong information.

Once your order has been shipped, Ella Es Luz Shop cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or upon arrival. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
